RETREAT VILLA
The Villa's concept design evolves around surrounding nature to allow the residents to make the most of Rabat's climate. An oceanic climate that will enable residents to be outdoors most of the year.
The building volumes emerge from the ground to occupy spaces within nature, orienting them- selves to capture different views of surrounding fields. While everything is open and filled with light and air, the various spaces are still very private.
The design approach is to erase the borders between interior and exterior by bringing continuity and fluidity to the spaces while avoiding a monumental aspect.
